Dear Students, the Mid Term Exam for Communicative English Through Practice will be based on the following topics of our syllabus:

  1. Academic/Domain-Specific Vocabulary (Meaning and Making meaningful sentences)
  2. Idioms and Phrases
  3. Commonly Misspelt Words in English
  4. Commonly used Foreign Words
  5. Onomatopoeia Words
  6. SQ3R and PQRST Techniques 
  7. Features of An Impressive PowerPoint Presentation
  8. Paragraph Writing - Task
  9. E-mail Writing Tips
  10. Making Concept Maps/Outline After Reading
The Question Paper will be of 20 Marks in total.
  • Section A will be for 12 Marks with short answer type/objective type questions.
  • Section B will be a descriptive task-based part for 08 Marks. It will be Paragraph Writing, E-mail Writing, Reading Task etc.
