English Through Spoken and Listening Practice is a subject in the Semester 2 of the International Foundation Studies at Amity University in Tashkent. Taking our journey of innovative learning, we have been successful in bringing many podcasts and also Online Certifications by students. CETP - Concept Map Making and Outline Techniques

When we read an article or a chapter from any book in our syllabus, our mind captures some main points. We do not remember every word but we get a memory of the book or text. This happens when we watch a movie or even when we travel to new places. We STORE INFORMATION in mind and when we have to EXPLAIN it in detail, we explain the POINTS we have mapped in mind.  This is what we do with the CONCEPT MAPS or MIND MAPS. The outline is like the architecture of the building. It is the skeleton of the plan and we know it is also used in designing websites. We need to plan based on an outline. Sometimes, we know everything, we have read or seen, so we make an outline for others to understand it better and easier. CLICK on this LINK to See MORE on Concept Maps We can see that MS Word or PowerPoint, CANVA and other software also give us the option to Design the Maps of Information to make it a good presentation.  You can find many professional Apps/Software and Websites to make Concept...

We believe that there are no limits to learning in the 21st Century. A student is not limited to the classroom. We can go beyond the syllabus and learn what is going to make us 'employable'. We can do a job or give jobs to people at our business; we shall need Skills and a good 'shelf' to showcase those skills and USPs. (search what is USP). While I take your classes for ETSLP and we work on the Project-based Learning Module - The task here is to make a Profile on LinkedIn. It is not about joining and forgetting your profile. Rather, we need to make a profile which stands apart from routine users. Remember, it is the virtual world where people make opinions about us. So, LinkedIn Profile Making is here for our Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Professional Networking. 😊 Technology is making our life easy - but with the saved time, let's work more on Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and Employability Networking.  (The content given below is ChatGPT-gen...
