Communication Skills as a subject is very different from what you had in IFS as English. We do not have any Grammar as you can see in the syllabus of CS - I. We do not have grammar, meaning the questions will be more of an explanation type.
YOU WILL NEED TO WRITE YOUR ANSWERS IN DETAIL!
I am sharing some tips for better vocabulary and writing outcomes:
- Read the Oxford 3000 Vocabulary at least 05 times before the exam.
- Recall the explanations done during the lessons.
- Read the Topics from the Syllabus again and again so that you can think of examples and personal observations to write.
- See the slides, documents and links shared in the class Telegram group.
- This is a subject which has a lot of content on the web. You can read from anywhere and write relevant answers in exams, in your own language.
- DO NOT WRITE JUST A FEW SENTENCES AND LEAVE THE QUESTIONS > THIS IS A SUBJECT FOR WRITING AND QUESTIONS ARE FOR MARKS. Before you write, see how many marks are there for the question.
- Avoid taking any wrong means to pass the examination. Best is to Prepare and Perform well!
- The notes shared are suggestive, extra reading and study are required.
